A message from our Director...

Dear Community Members

We’ve listened to our students’ requests and have added many new classes to our Winter/Spring catalog. The Community Education staff has worked very hard in developing this catalog and increasing the variety and the number of classes. Our hope is that you will try one of these new classes.

They’re back! The D128 Community Education program is reintroducing Summer Youth classes to our course offerings for summer 2012. This expanded section includes offerings in the areas of science, engineering, cooking, sewing, arts, fishing, theater, computers, self-defense, guitar and more.  These will be great activities to keep young minds working and inspired!

D128 Community Education continues to partner with Stevenson High School, and we’ve added some new partners who include local businesses and area first responders.  In addition, Education to Go gives our students access to 350 online classes in many different content areas.

As always, your input is welcome so that our program can continue to meet the needs of our community.  I look forward to your participation in our classes this term and in the future.
